Do you like commuting to the office for 9am come rain or shine? No, we don’t either.

No annual holiday!
Er, really? Yes, that’s right. You have unlimited annual holiday, rather than a fixed allowance. After your successful probation, you’ll have a portfolio of clients to work on and a clear work schedule. As long as the work is done according to our well documented methods and showing full engagement with our support system, we’re flexible about you being flexible.
National
You’ll work from home most of the time. So you’ll need to be a self-starter, and happy to communicate on Zoom calls and Slack.
Work from home
We have a hub in central Leeds which you’re welcome to work from. But we don’t want geography to limit our access to top talent which is why we work the way we do.
Flexible working
We can accommodate part time work. (at least 3 days a week). You’ve got family commitments and need to fit work around that? Great – just like the rest of us.
